Privacy policy
BidGlow processes only the data needed to run the public paid leaderboard, complete bids, measure visits, and protect the platform.
Data we process
- The public URL, normalized domain, category, bid amount, and public rank you submit;
- Transaction ID, status, and receipt email returned by Stripe;
- Click time, page, referring domain, country code, browser, operating system, and device category;
- Limited session identifiers and technical logs used for deduplication, abuse prevention, and security investigations.
Payment security
Stripe provides card entry and transaction processing. BidGlow never receives or stores full card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes, and does not create a reusable customer account for a bid.
How we use data
- Confirm bids, update ranking, and provide advertiser analytics;
- Display public click statistics and reduce duplicate counts;
- Detect fraud, abuse, adult sexual content, and gambling content;
- Meet financial, tax, dispute-handling, and other legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
Public campaign labels (UTM source, medium and campaign) may be linked to a browser session and confirmed publication or payment. Do not put personal information in campaign labels. Missing historical attribution is not reconstructed.
Stripe processes transaction data and BidGlow provides aggregate traffic statistics. We do not sell personal data. Transaction and security records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, or comply with law.
Your choices and rights
You may use the report and review page to request access to, correction of, concealment of, or deletion of data about you. Some financial and security records may be retained where required by law.
